Many times we think it's too late to start or begin but believe me, it's never late. You can always start now to achieve your goal. With determination and hard work, anything can be achieved. Below are the top simple self-improvement hacks.

   1. Start Now: Do not keep your work pending, do things now whatever you have to do tomorrow. Either way, you have to complete it. So why not start ahead and be well prepared.

2. Exercise: Exercise is very important as it will reduce the chances of getting diseases and make us healthy. We need to take at least 30 minutes of our time every day and go to the gym or even at home. If you are tired after a long day from work try some exercise even if you don't want to and see the result. You will get more energy and feels refreshed afterward.

3. Read Books: Reading books is an exercise for our brain. It will make you more intelligent, helps to relieve stress by forgetting other things for the moment, improves focus and analytical skills. Francis Bacon says "knowledge is power" which is very true. Reading books will give us more information and enlighten us.

4. Be Optimistic: Always think positive in every situation. Optimism has several benefits some of them are it promotes happiness, gives you peace of mind, increases self-confidence and reduces stress level.

5. Set Goals: We need to plan what we want to achieve in 5 years from now.  We need to make short term and long term goals. Short term would be one year from now and long term would be 5 years or more. Only planning won't make you achieve your goal so work hard until you reach your goal. 

6. Learn from your mistake: The best learning is to learn from our mistakes. We need to analyze our mistakes and should never be discouraged from it instead be more motivated. Avoid repeating the same mistakes.

7. Help Others: Always help people even though you do not know them. Helping others will create positivity, satisfaction to our soul and indeed will make our world a better place to live in.

8. Take a Break: People have a different priority and to fulfill it we always work continuously hard most of the time. It's good to work hard but we need to take a break and give rest to our body. By taking a break, we will be more productive.

9. Write Daily Journal: Writing a daily journal will keep track of you, what you have accomplished and what you need to do. It will also give you a chance to express all your emotions which will reduce stress from the body.
