Ingredients:
- 2 Pounds thigh chicken
- 1 Chopped onions
- 1/2 Teaspoon fenugreek seed
- 1/2 Teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 Tomato chopped small pieces
- 1 Dry red chilly
- 2 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 Teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 Teaspoon meat curry masala
- 1/2 Cup chopped scallion
- Canola or sunflower oil
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro leaves finely chopped
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan with a high flame, add red chilli, cumin seed, fenugreek seed and then chopped onions. Fry it until onion becomes golden brown color.
Place chicken into the pan and cook it until water dries away and oil separates from chicken.
Add turmeric powder, salt, cumin, coriander in the chicken and stir it well.
After 4 minutes add chopped tomatoes in the pan and cover it with chicken so that tomatoes are cooked well.
You will see bubbles in the curry after 3 minutes which means it's time to add meat masala, scallion, cilantro, stir it and cover the pan for the next 5 minutes with the lid.
Finally, chicken curry is ready to be placed into the plate.
You can serve this curry with rice or roti. You can also prepare a sandwich, wrap or salad from this chicken curry. You can eat whichever way you prefer. Enjoy!
