Mushroom Masala Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
14 Mushrooms chopped into 4 Pieces
1 Medium Size Chopped Onions
2 Tomatoes Chopped into Small Pieces
½ Table Spoon Cumin Seeds
4 Pieces of Garlic
2 Table Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste
½ Table Spoon Turmeric Powder
1 Table Spoon Paprika
1 Table Spoon Salt
1.5 Table Spoon Vegetable Curry Powder
1 Table Spoon Cumin Powder
1 Table Spoon Coriander
1 Green Chilli
4 Fresh Cilantro Chopped
3 Tea Spoon Olive Oil

Instructions:
Soak mushroom for 20 minutes in hot water. Meanwhile, heat pan in medium flame for 3 minutes. Put olive oil in the pan after the oil is heated insert cumin seeds until it turns brown then put garlic, green chili, chopped onion and fry it well. Stir well and make onions dark brown. Place chopped tomatoes and fry well until tomatoes water is boiled and dried out. Then put turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and stir it well until the tomato paste turns nice red.

Now, after 20 minutes of soaking mushroom clean it and remove water completely through the help of a paper towel. Place mushroom in the pan stir it carefully with the paste. Leave it for the next 5 minutes. Boil a 1/4th cup of water in another pot. Place the boiling water in the mushroom, put paprika and curry powder. Stir it well so that all spices goes inside mushroom. Close the pan with a lid and leave it for another 5 to 7 minutes. 


Now, you can open the lid and will see the water turning into a thick gravy. Put fresh cilantro on top of the mushroom curry. Finally, it’s ready to be served with rice or roti.
