Vegans and vegetarians do have a lot of options to eat. Sometimes we are fed up of eating the same food. Trying different food can also make us happy. So, I am writing about different types of pakora recipe for vegans and vegetarians below. Pakora can be eaten as a snack. It's mostly famous in Nepal, India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 sichuan pepper
1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
Water as required to make a thick batter
Salt as required
2 onions for onion pakora
2 eggplants for eggplant pakora
3 potatoes for aloo pakora
14 pieces of cauliflower for cauli pakora
6 slices of white bread for bread pakora

Onion Pakora
1. First, chop onions into small pieces.
2. Mix cumin, coriander powder, turmeric, sichuan pepper, salt and chickpea flour(besan).
3. Add some water, onion to the spices, chickpea flour and stir properly so that all spices spread out.
4. Heat the deep pan in medium flame and add oil to deep fry the onion pakora.
5. From the mixture, make 5 to 6 small round pakora by hand depending upon your pan and add it into the oil.
6. After 3 minutes switch the side of each pakora.
7. Cook it until pakora turns to brown color.
8. Serve it with sweet chili sauce or sprinkle chat masala on top of pakora.
Eggplant / Aloo(potato)/ Cauliflower / Bread Pakora
1. For eggplant pakora, slice eggplants into round pieces.
2. For potato pakora, boil 3-4 potatoes. Peel the cover mash it and mix it with all the highlighted spices as mentioned above. Make 4-5 round balls of mashed potato with spices.
3. For cauliflower pakora, cut and clean cauliflower into medium pieces.
4. For bread pakora, slice 1 white bread into two pieces in a triangular shape.
5. Add chickpea flour, salt, some water and make it a thick batter.
6. Now to make pakora, dip your choice of an ingredient into chickpea flour paste and put it into the heated oil.
7. Turn the sides after 3 minutes until pakora becomes brown.
8. Serve it with sweet chili sauce or sprinkle chat masala on top of pakora.

The difference of making onion and other pakora is to make onion pakora you need to mix everything together while to make other pakoras you need to make chickpea flour paste separate and dip it with the main ingredient.
For onion pakora, the main ingredients are onion and chickpea flour. Depending on the place you buy 2 pound onion will cost less than $1.50 and chickpea flour for 1 pound cost $3. 1 pound eggplant will cost around $2. 1 pound potato will cost less than $1. 1 medium cauliflower will cost around $3. 1 packet bread will cost around $3. So with all the spices and ingredients to make one dish for 2 to 3 people will cost less than $6.
