10 Minute Pan-Fried Chicken Breast Recipe

Pan fry chicken is very cheap, simple, delicious and can be cooked with a few ingredients in the pan. It is crunchy and juicy in taste. Pan-fried chicken can be healthy if a small amount of oil is used. It will take around 10 minutes to cook the dish. This dish is very simple to make and anyone can make it without lots of effort. Try to make it at home and I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breast, long thin sliced
2 tsp fresh ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp cumin and coriander powder
.5 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp sichuan pepper(optional)
salt to taste
olive oil or vegetable oil

Instructions:
Mix thinly sliced chicken breast with all the spices mentioned above. 
Heat a pan in the high flame and add oil.
Add sliced chicken in the pan and flip it after the bottom part turns red in color.
After it's fully fried on both sides transfer it on the plate.
Finally, you can add sichuan pepper on top of the chicken. 

You can enjoy this with salad, rice or roti.

Peel ginger, garlic and make a paste in grinder 

Slice chicken into long thin pieces

Mix chicken with all the spices

Heat the oil in a pan and add chicken

Flip it after chicken turns red in color
