Home Remedy for Back Pain
According to Morteza Dehghan and Farinaz Farahbod, using heat or cold method can also relieve back pain. When my back hurts I usually use heat pad. Heat provides relief and comfort. While using heat pad make sure to read instructions. If you do not have a heat pad you can also try heating uncooked rice in the microwave, placing it in a clothe bag and using it. For the cold method, ice can be directly used in the part of pain and cover the ice with clothes. Cold can provide a numbing effect to the pain. Applying pain reliever cream can also help reduce back pain. You can easily buy it from a pharmacy or online stores. Some names of pain reliever cream are bengay, icy hot and aspercreme.
