Instructions:
Cut the chicken into small cubes.
Mix the chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander powder, salt and garam masala. For better taste refrigerate it overnight.
Preheat the oven to 500 degree Fahrenheit.
Place the marinated chicken pieces over the baking pan.
Bake for about 14 minutes, until meat turns to brown color and until it is properly cooked.
After meat is cooked place it into a dish.
Now we need to prepare the sauce: heat the oil in a medium flame and add onions. Fry onions until it turns to golden brown color, add cumin, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, stir it and cook the spices for 4-5 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, fry it until sauce becomes thick. Add sugar, warm water, cream in the sauce, stir it and cook it in a low flame until bubbles appears on the sauce. Finally, chicken tikka masala is ready.
Place it into a dish, garnish curry with cilantro and enjoy it with rice or roti.
